About the Role
We are looking for a full-stack marketing leader to own and drive marketing across our AI and Crypto product lines. This is an end-to-end role: from strategy and storytelling to growth, paid campaigns, and everything in between.
This role is open across a wide seniority range — from experienced Marketing Manager to Head of Marketing or VP/CMO level. Title and scope will be commensurate with experience. What stays constant is the mandate: own marketing as a function, set the direction, and deliver results.
You'll work across a global, high-performing team, closely with the founder, and be expected to move fast, think strategically, and use AI tools as a natural extension of your workflow.
What You'll Do
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Growth
- Own and execute global marketing strategies for both AI and Crypto product lines, aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights.
- Drive user acquisition and engagement with a growth mindset: experiment, measure, iterate.
- Set goals and KPIs for the marketing function, and own the outcomes.
- Storytelling & Brand
- Work closely with leadership to shape Kaito's brand narrative and positioning across both product lines.
- Craft compelling narratives that cut through the noise and connect with audiences across different contexts and channels.
- Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all channels and formats globally.
- Content & Social Strategy
- Build and manage content strategies across key platforms, including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram and channels - both official and founder.
- Create and distribute high-quality content - from long-form pieces to short-form social - that resonates with target audiences.
- Use AI tools to support ideation, optimization, and scheduling, while keeping the human voice and quality bar high.
- Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across relevant channels, managing budget allocation and optimizing for ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; make data-driven adjustments in real time.
- Bring a test-and-learn approach to everything — what works gets scaled, what doesn't gets cut.
- Video & Creative Content
- Plan and produce video content for product demos, campaigns, and brand storytelling across platforms.
- Ability to independently create and edit video is a strong plus; familiarity with AI-powered video tools to accelerate production is welcome.
- Continuously improve content based on performance data and audience feedback.
- Team & Function Building
- Start hands-on as the marketing owner today, and scale into a leader who hires and develops a high-performing team over time.
- Define how the marketing function operates — process, tools, vendor relationships, and rituals.
- Partner with the founder and leadership team on company-level strategy, narrative, and key external moments.
What We're Looking For
- A track record of meaningful marketing work — we care more about what you've shipped and the impact it had than years on a resume. Strong growth marketing instincts at any level.
- Experience in AI or Crypto products is a plus; deep curiosity about these spaces is a must.
- A natural storyteller — you know how to shape a narrative that lands, whether it's a product launch, a market moment, or a brand story.
- Hands-on experience with paid media and performance marketing (Meta, Google, or crypto-native channels).
- Comfortable using AI tools (for content, research, analytics, etc.) as a core part of your workflow.
